This is a few years old, I used to bleach tips and streaks. I used SPLAT! with some vampire red Manic Panic.
Used Loreal Hi-Color Hi-Lights over my naturally brown hair, mixed with color brilliance red, and a small amount of SPLAT! luscious raspberries)

I used RAW Twisted Teal, and for the tips Splat Lusty Lavender. When the teal mixed with the purple it gave the tips a blue/pinky tint (sorry not all my hair is in the picture, it’s long).
