if you go to a hair dresser would they be able to do this???

I'm sure you can't find this color you can get like a light or dark purple and dilute it in conditioner to get a lighter lilac color. And you achieve the look by bleaching it. Then get a gray silver dye, dye it and put in the lilac it should fade. Or you could always ombre it from lilac to gray.
