you can get this pretty pink color bye using the lightest pink dye you can find (like manic panic or special effects in cupcake) and jus mixing it 50/50 with conditioner.....but you wont see the pink unless the hair is already bleached to a platnium blonde or champane silver color....to get this look you really cant have any underlying pigment left in the hair

has anyone achieved a pastel pink like this pic? what product did you use? do you have to just mix a bright pink with a tonning agent, that's what some stylist mentioned to me the other day.
