What I used:
Pink Fetish hair color from Splat including the bleach they provided.
Quick Blue by L’Oreal
Sally’s 40 developer
Bobby pins
The process:
I had to part my hair half and half so I would bleach the upper part of my hair.
After about 50 minutess I washed the bleach out since my hair was a lighter brown underneath.
I waited about four days until I lightened underneath again with Quick Blue; Therefore, I had to wait a couple more days to apply the Pink Fetish color.
Next, I applied the Pink Fetish color hair and let that sit for about 25 minutes, and this is how my hair showed up!
