Gorgeous bright neon green hair sent in by Meggie Monster!

hello I’m Meggie Monster =)
To achieve this hair color i used Manic Panic hair dye in ‘Electric Lizard’
First I lightened my hair using a 40 vol peroxide and powder bleach, then applied the colour and left for 15 mins befor rinsing and conditioning.
