i love it I'm thinking of dying my hair blonde and going with light frosty blue on my tips i have darker brown hair so finger crossed it'll look awesome like hers
The blue and pink are most likely from the manic panic line, you can buy them at sallys, hot topic, or online and I'm sure other stores

You would have to bleach it. I tried on my light brown hair and the pink hair dye turned out a raspberry tint, and the blue was barley noticeable. They both washed out within a 3 day period.
