Really cool teal and red hair by Luther!
I’ve always wanted Teal and red hair! So i shaved my sides, bleached my hair as light as possible and WOULD of used Manic Panic Atomic Turquoize to get the effect I wanted, but when i went to Sally they were out :/ so i tried my luck on a dye I’ve never heard of, Ion Color Brilliance Brights Aqua and it came out pretty good! And i used L’Oreal Excellence HiColor! And i love it! Remind me of comic book colors :p
