Do you re-bleach your hair everytime you dye it another color? if so, is your hair dead? and if its not, what do you use to bleach?
You don't have to rebleach it. You can wait till it's faded enough that it covers it completely or you can buy a product that removes all color from hair (not bleach.) Around here they sell that product at Hot Topic and Sally Beauty Supply, as well as other major hair product retailers. I'm not the girl in the photo, but I know because I used to do that, too (though now I chopped all my hair off and am in the process of growing it back au naturale)
