First, her name is Whitney. I'm sure whomever used her pictures is not her (unless she happens to be using this site, which I highly doubt). Second, she's not scene; she's more of the punk breed. :P & Third, to get this hair, you need to bleach & tone your hair out to white. The best bleach that I've used is Ion Colour Brilliance Creme Lightener. It's in a purple box & contains 4 bleach packets & a special oil. Depending on if your hair is weak or strong, you get either 30 or 40 CREME lightener. When using a creme based mix, you need a creme based lightener. It'll take about three treatments for the lightest hair. In between bleachings, use a toner. Toner is what removes the orange colour. I suggest T18 Lightest Ash Blonde. You will need 20 creme developer for this. If you leave it in for too long, it'll turn the hair purple. So, caution & time everything. As for the blue, or any other colour you wish, I suggest Manic Panic for super bright, radical colour. The thing about MP is that even though it suggests you leave it in for a half hour or whatever it says, you actually will want to leave it in for an hour or two. Then, not only will it be bright, it will also stick around a lot longer than if you hadn't left it in. HAPPY COLOURING FOLKS.
I love your hair! I want to do black top with a blue-streaked bottom of white, but I don't know how to get the different shades of blue like you did.
OKAY seriously.... I love the scene hair I love the white I love the blue!!! So did you dye your hair blue then add the white streaks? This is so killing me! I love that hair so much!
