What number in hair colour is this?

I would really like my hair this colour. i have fairly dark thick hair, and it tends to get dry and damaged very quickly. it is currently a wash out dyed plum colour, and i am wondering how i can get it this colour like the picture above, without damaging my hair in the process. please help??
